What we do
Everything below is carpentry or waterproofing — the two trades on licence 389992C — and Edward does it himself.
Structural and finish carpentry — from roof framing and floor systems through to the trims nobody notices until they're wrong.
Licensed wet-area and balcony waterproofing, built to the National Construction Code and the membrane manufacturer's system. Screeds set to fall, bond breakers in the corners, two coats, cured properly.
The carpentry and waterproofing in a bathroom, kitchen or room change. Plumbing, electrical, tiling and plastering are quoted and invoiced by those licensed trades directly.
Merbau and hardwood decks, verandahs and pergolas built for Northern Rivers weather — proper bearers, proper drainage, proper fixings.
What we don't do: tiling, plastering, plumbing and electrical sit outside our licence. We'll put you onto licensed trades we've worked alongside for years, and they quote and invoice you directly.
Under the surface
